It was really easy to show up & place a counter order. Used their yard tools to grab what was needed. A little on the pricer side, but their material is great & still more cost effective than buying by the bag from big box retailers.

Service here is always friendly and prompt. I have picked up 5 trailer loads of bulk mulch and had a terrific experience each time.

Got the fort dodge white decorative rocks here and it turns out to be fake white rocks. The rocks are covered in heavy white powder that eventually washes away after a few rainy days or exposed to lawn sprinklers. Once the powder is washed away, it is actually a tan colored rock. Do not buy the fort dodge white rocks from Patio Town if you are wanting bulk white rocks. It is deceiving to call it white and cover it in heavy white powder. The picture attached is from me using distilled filtered water to wash off the white powder. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a reaction to anything from the rain or city water. Again, these are not true white rocks....just powdered rocks to make them look white.

Service was excellent! It started with Arnie who was very helpful and knowledgable about grills and gave excellent advice. Pat processed the order and went above and beyond to share sound recommendations. What a wonderful experience this has been. Way to go Patio Town team! Highly recommended and worth taking the time to drop in before deciding to buy online anywhere else. Thank you!

Good prices good service. Good volume of mulch. Their prices are a little high this year been a few years since I was out here but still good product and the kids loading me up made sure I agreed on the yardage what the competition called 7 yards they only called 6 I know it's more than 6 they did the same thing last time when we bought 12 yards they probably gave us 14
